adorable sweaters under $50

according to punxsutawney phil (who saw his shadow last week), we’re all in for six more weeks of winter. cue grumbles. with all the fabulous spring fashions there are to be had (florals, pastels, and nautical vibes, oh my!), it’s a bit disappointing, i know, BUT i may have found a silver lining for the extended chilly weather.

more time for wearing sweaters!

and recently i found the sweater jackpot at a little store called zara.

zara is one of those brands that 90% of the time i scroll through their website and think, “i’m just not cool enough to wear these things.” many of the silhouettes are a little too masculine for my taste but lately i’ve been quite pleased by the abundance of feminine details especially in their knitwear department. so if you’re dreading the fact that winter seems to be sticking around like that unwanted house guest that has overstayed their welcome, i wanted to offer a bit of reprieve in the form of some of my favorite affordable pieces from zara’s spring/summer campaign -including this sweater that i just snagged in grey and black that’s under $30!

flounce sweater ($35.90) available in orange, ecru & black

sweater with shoulder frill ($39.90) available in black & white striped & black

sweater with sleeve frill ($29.90) available in black & white striped, black, ecru & grey

soft sweater with frilled sleeves  ($49.90) available in off-white & dark grey

wrap cardigan ($49.90) available in sand, khaki & black

sweater with tie sleeves ($49.90) available in grey & natural

soft touch sweatshirt ($25.90) available in grey, pale pink & black

pearl sweater ($39.90) available in grey & black

tell me, what are your favorite places to shop for sweaters?

I like the sweater with sleeve frill that you purchased. I think the button detail really sets it off from other sweaters. It’s a wonderful addition to your collection.

The sleeve detail was definitely what drew me in. Unfortunately I just had to return them since I didn’t love how they looked on me. I’m super bummed and might order one of my other recommendations instead.
