this friday, i’m in love with…
tata harper’s retinoic nutrient face oil || i’ve battled to maintain clear skin my entire life and while i thought i had things under control (i’m 32 for crying out loud -why must i still deal with acne?!), my face has recently decided to be all kinds of unruly. after a visit to the dermatologist and a facial still hadn’t quite remedied the issue, santa brought me some new tata harper products and in using them this past week, i feel like i might be starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. one product in particular that i’ve been impressed by is tata’s retinoic nutrient face oil. per the website, “this concentrated face oil infuses the skin with essential vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and antioxidants to transform dry, chapped irritated patches into balanced, radiant looking skin. hydrates dull, lackluster skin for a brighter, more radiant appearance. biocompatible nutrients restore balance to chapped, irritated skin.” after i cleanse with this, i roll it all over my face and massage it into my skin. it seems strange to put oil on blemish-prone skin, but my epidermis has been soaking it up and the results have been remarkable. here’s hoping the clear skin train continues into 2018. choo choo.
athleta high rise chaturanga tight || you may have seen in my instagram stories that santa gifted me some sassy striped leggings for christmas. i’m here to tell you that if you haven’t discovered athleta (the gap brand’s sportier cousin), you’re missing out on some seriously cute, comfortable, and very affordable workout wear. these tights are so flattering with their high-waisted cut and though the stripes are cut horizontally (which tends to make one look wider than they really are), i swear it’s some type of optical illusion because i think the contrary is true! at any rate, i highly recommend this particular style from athleta’s vast collection. below are a few more options of the chaturanga tight:
