i have this thing for stripes. especially striped pants. so when i saw these cuties in the perfect pale pink, i immediately added them to my online cart. when they arrived last week, i couldn’t wait to style them. unfortunately it has been pretty chilly around these parts so my original plans of wearing them with a white tank and sandals were a bit thwarted, but that didn’t stop me from reworking them with more weather-appropriate pieces.

as you know, i can’t get enough high-waisted pants these days. the ruffle on the waistband of these is especially fun and girly. looking ahead toward spring and summer, i’ll definitely remix these with a sleeveless chambray and mules, a black tank and espadrilles, and a blush blouse and nude heels (for work!).
