fringe benefits

when i think of fringe i think of bangs and that’s enough to send shivers down my spine. mostly because every time i think bringing back the “side bang” is a good idea i almost instantaneously regret it. but today’s fringe has nothing to do with hair. instead, it has to everything to do with a cute little detail i’ve spotted all over the accessory department lately. from suede booties to statement earrings, fringe ruled the latter half of 2015 and according to runway trends, it’s about to continue its domination well into the spring. good news for me since i received this cute little camel-colored crossbody bag as a gift over christmas and i’ve been dying to style it ever since. it’s the perfect size for throwing on as i head out the door for a casual brunch with girlfriends, and makes an equally as playful accompaniment for a fun and flirty date night. talk about fringe benefits…
