if you’ve tracked my instagram feed lately, you may have noticed that i haven’t stopped wearing my new straw mesa hat from madewell since receiving it as a birthday present two weeks ago. it’s the perfect wide brimmed hat to not only keep the sun off my face and out of my eyes, it also instantly adds character to any outfit. not to mention the fact that it hides dirty hair. essentially it’s the quintessential summer chapeau and i’m forewarning you now, expect to see it a few more (dozen) times in future outfit posts. here are just a few of the ways i’ve styled it over the last two weeks:
