five things to snag at the abercrombie bogo sale

i realize true summer-like weather only showed up in southern california about a month ago, but i am already craving fall in a big big way. as someone who doesn’t do well in extreme heat (#palegirlproblems), i have always felt as though i thrive most in autumn. bring on the cozy knits, dark denim jeans, and boots of varying shaft heights. in preparation of the upcoming season, abercrombie is having a sale (buy one item, get the second 50% off nearly everything on the site) on some pieces i know will be wardrobe staples in the coming weeks. i’ve gathered up five items that i recommend ordering NOW while they’re on discount so you can enjoy them once the temperatures start to dip:

cozy wrap top || if this top is anything like this top (worn above) i snagged in four colors from earlier in the year, i might be stocking up again for the upcoming fall season. wrap tops are universally flattering as they cinch you in at the smallest part of your waist. they’re also very breastfeeding-friendly for new mommas. i personally love the light brown color but the burgundy shade screams changing leaves to me, too.

easy sherpa-lined cardigan || abecrombie brings this cozy cardi back every season and every season in sells out FAST. i snagged the grey/white version last year and wore it all winter long either over pajamas or workout clothes en route to the barre studio. it is SO comfortable -even after a few trips through the spin cycle. it runs TTS.

high rise mom jeans || after years of loving a skinnier silhouette, these jeans were the first pair that convinced me there was something to be said about a straighter-leg pair of denim. second to madewell, abercrombie makes my favorite denim. i love the 11+” rise of this particular pair and the fact that they come in a variety of washes and levels of distressing so everyone can find their ideal pair. they fit TTS.

side-slit midi skirt || you’ve heard me sing the praises of this skirt many times but i’m going to make the case for it one more time -especially as a great piece to transition from summer to fall. right now, i like to pair mine with a button-up cami, and some sandals, but as soon as fall hits, i’ll be grabbing for my favorite cashmere crew and ankle booties. if it’s really chilly where you live, you could even layer a pair of sheer tights underneath for an extra layer.

faux leather moto jacket || i used to own a faux leather jacket from target that i wore it so many times that it literally disintegrated. unfortunately i have yet to find a viable replacement until i stumbled upon this one (with pretty good reviews) in buttery black. it is a bit of an investment, but a (faux or not) leather jacket is a wardrobe staple you’ll have for years! i love pairing them with a feminine midi dress for a little edge or over a simple cami and jeans for a casual date night look.

i get a small commission for purchases or clicks made through links in this post. thank you for supporting the brands that keep this blog up and running.
