while i have always been a homebody, this quarantine has certainly taken that characteristic to a whole new level! throw in the fact that i’m nearly 30 weeks pregnant with twins and the desire to put on anything but my husband’s old t-shirt and a pair of baggy pajama shorts has dwindled significantly.
but with the recent news that shelter in place measures will continue to be enforced through the end of april (in the very least) and the fact that i have plenty of adorable maternity clothes simply sitting on my clothing rack collecting dust, i’ve made a pact with myself to get dressed in non-loungewear clothes everyday for the foreseeable future. to hold myself accountable, i’ve decided to post them both here and on instagram. not only do i think this practice will boost my morale, i’m hoping it’ll give you as a fellow pregnant or non-pregnant friend some style inspiration in this crazy season. here’s a week’s worth of outfits:
target universal thread short sleeve crewneck smocked gauze shift dress (sized up 2 sizes to large) || j.crew leopard mules (similar) || amazon pearl clip
zara ribbed knit dress (sized up 2 sizes to large) –wore this to my shower! || loft ribbed v-neck cardigan (small) || anthropologie knotted headband || zara snakeskin mules (similar) || natalie borton earrings (c/o) –more styles coming back soon!
target universal thread sleeveless tiered ruffle dress (sized up to large) || j.crew leopard flats (similar) || janessa leone hat (similar)
hopefully the weather warms up a little bit next week so i can remix a few more of my target dresses. see you then!
