after hearing the praises of these spanx leggings sung for YEARS, i finally decided this winter to be the season i would invest in a pair. and i’ve never felt cooler. while i’d never describe my personal style as ‘edgy,’ i will say that i feel like my style has evolved a bit over the past year to include more edgy pieces. what’s edgier than a pair of leather pants?! unless you’re ross geller. ANYWAY, i’m back in my winter uniform -stretchy pants, a graphic tee, and either a long cardigan or in this case –an oversized jean jacket. i just love this effortless formula so much. i feel like the faux leather elevates the ensemble just a tad, as does the fact that i swapped my usual mules for a low-heeled animal print bootie.

p.s. i know this graphic tee is a bit on the spendy side, but i found a budget option that is equally as cute (i just ordered it myself!).
