as it does nearly every season, it seems, leopard had a moment this fall/winter. everywhere you looked, the animal print was adorning everything from midi skirts to headbands, sweaters and scarves.
as i’ve gotten older, i’ve become a bit more prudent with my purchases, taking care to really assess if a garment deserves a place in my closet. while i certainly contemplated about a half-dozen leopard pieces (this skirt especially), i ended up settling for these flats (as you’ve seen a few times on the blog), this headband (that just arrived last week after being on major backorder), and the cardigan i’m wearing today (which was actually part of my christmas gift from my in-laws).
hollister leopard cardigan (small) || gap black tee (small)
madewell wide-leg denim (26) || old navy booties (tts -9.5)
anthropologie headband || natalie borton x shop moss earrings (c/o)
i wore this feline-inspired fashion to see vice, the movie at our favorite fancy theater. movie theaters tend to be cold so i was happy to have the extra layers and covered ankles to keep me toasty.
if you’re looking for a little leopard love to close out the year and carry you into 2019, i’ve linked a few more of my favorite pieces below:
