it may be a new year but some things never change –like my love affair with polka dots. as soon as i spotted this feminine polka dot blouse at madewell before the holidays i immediately threw it in my cart. i loved the button-front detail and the ruffled sleeves. given my things for all things girlie -it was right up my alley. when it arrived, it lived up to its hype, fitting like a glove and pairing perfectly with my high-waisted denim.
