despite my desire to start busting out some of my spring pieces, it has been unseasonably cold for san diego standards so as you can see, i’ve been living in this cozy pom pom cardigan. i’m finding it to be the perfect layering piece over otherwise warm-weather blouses so i can still get my spring fix without freezing my booty off.

given the fact that i hardly put on “real clothes” (aka non-workout clothes) anymore, i’m learning the joy of shopping my own closet. after styling this polka dot blouse (currently on super sale!) with wide-leg cropped jeans, i decided to remix it with my black skinny pair for a near monochromatic look. to play up the poms of the sweater, i opted for my pom flats for a bit of whimsy. they’re super old but they never cease to make me smile.
