this weekend maya rudolph returned to her snl roots, this time, as the night’s guest hostess. and her performance was nothing short of spectacular (duh). but of all of the skits she participated in on saturday (and she rocked them all), this one takes the cake by a landslide. and throw in the cameo from mr. sexyback as bon iver? i can’t. it was just too good not to re-post.

and apparently y’all share my sentiments because i instagrammed the following photo while watching maya do her thang on sunday afternoon and received nothing short of a half-dozen “likes”/comments.

it really does make life so much better when you know you’re not laughing alone (although i do that quite often and it’s fun, too, i suppose).
