the fall 2016 madewell collection can be described in six (of their own) words: tomboy. effortless. sexy. unexpected. cool. (and) artful. after the summer brought ruffles and frills (which i obviously loved), the masculine vibe of the season’s new arrivals is a refreshing change. while it’s safe to say i’m the opposite of a tomboy, i always welcome the opportunity to try new styles -especially when they can be mixed and matched with existing pieces. here are five fall looks i’ll be dying to recreate once the weather turns:
herald plaid tee || wide-leg cropped pant || the classic clog
cashmere beanie (not yet available)
shearling vest || striped henley (not yet available) || the perfect fall jean || the classic clog
rivet & thread denim duster || central shirt in gingham check
slim ex-boyfriend shirt in buffalo plaid || brixton felt fedora || adidas ‘stan smith’ sneaker
shearling motorcycle jacket, flannel, white dress & beanie (not yet available)
desert valley fringe cardigan (not yet available) || suede culottes || the lisbon saddlebag
the classic clog || brixton felt fedora
a portion of the fall collection hit stores earlier this week (shop it now here!) and more styles will arrive later in the season. i can’t wait! this and this are definitely at the top of my wishlist, what about you?
