you guys, the weather was PERFECT this weekend. like “here’s a glimpse of summer might look like” perfect and i for one was HERE for it. sorry for the caps but emphasis necessary.

anyway, after a full day of errand running on saturday (and after a very unglamorous weekend last weekend), we decided it was high time for a proper date night at one of our favorite spots –birdseye kitchen for some delicious thai food. mmm, pad thai, how i missed thee.

i took a gamble and let these pale gams see the light of day by pairing my favorite white denim shorts with a breezy eyelet top. i paired the two with my nude suede lace-up flats and grabbed a jean jacket before we headed out the door just in case it was cooler near the coast (as it tends to be). but perhaps the star of the show were these tassel earrings from my talented friend, natalie borton, a NEW color to natalie’s traditionally neutral color palette. i’ve been crushing on mustard tones all season long, so i was so happy to learn she added the happy hue to her upcoming collection.
