it wouldn’t be a holiday without a little tulle, right? for our annual christmas eve dinner with my parents, i decided to pull out this oldie but goodie tulle skirt from the back of my closet. i’ve had it for over half a decade but it never ceases to inspire me in putting together a festive holiday look. for this year’s outfit, i decided to play up the warm tones of mustard and cognac pairing this season’s favorite madewell sweater with my new pair of suede sock booties (planning on doing a more in-depth post about these booties, but just know that they are an old navy GEM this season). i emphasized my waistline with a matching leather belt and played up the yellow shade of the knit with my most-worn pair of natalie borton tassel earrings. a feminine bow clutch finished off the look.
