5 ways to style leopard booties for early fall

0 Permalink 1

if you thought my animal print obsession was just a summer fling, think again. leopard print is coming with me right into fall (and probably through the holidays as well). especially since my madewell regan boots* in the gorgeous calf-hair leopard print just arrived last week (after being on back order for months!). like most things, they were well worth the wait and to prove their versatility, i’m excited to team up with my gal, natalie borton (she was the one who inspired me to snag them for my birthday after i saw how much wear she got out of them last year) today to showcase five transitional outfits as we close the chapter on summer and kick-off the fall season.

*a note about the sizing of the regan boots –i decided to size up 1/2 a size to accommodate my wider foot/allow for space to pair them with thin socks. if you have a narrower foot, i might suggest sticking with your true size.

i’m wearing natalie borton julia earrings (oval) in all five looks. good news! they’ll be restocked in the shop on thursday, september 5th so be sure to save the date. additionally, if you prefer to shop these outfits on the liketoknow.it app, they’re currently linked (similar items are provided if the exact piece has since sold out). finally, you’ll want to check out my IGTV to see a fun speedy video of all five looks in action! as always, feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions.

p.s. because i usually get asked, this is our bedding, our hampers, and the hat rack is homemade by my husband, but we used these clips to hang the hats.
