it was love at first sight.

but let’s be real here, i’ve never met a onesie i didn’t like. so it made sense that i would fall instantly for this indigo linen jumpsuit after seeing it on madewell’s website. our love affair only grew deeper when i actually tried it on after a recent visit to the store. and well, it’s been happily ever after ever since.

i think my favorite part about this garment is its back detailing. dare it say it’s kind of sexy? for someone who would never consider herself the “s” word, every time i slip this puppy on, i can’t help but a little like, “oh heyyyyyyy.”

and i’m fairly certain any piece of clothing that makes you feel like a more sassy version of yourself is worth wearing every day that ends in “y.” i’ve styled it here for a more casual summer look, but i recently attended a friend’s bridal shower and dressed it up by adding this statement necklace and a pair of sky-high espadrilles.
