if there was one piece of clothing that screams summer to me, it’s the simple cotton dress. when the temperatures heat up, i find breezy sundresses to be my saving grace. this black and white one was a steal at j.crew factory a couple summers ago and luckily they brought it back again this year! the black and white pattern makes it extremely versatile while its fit and flare shape is flattering on pretty much everyone. like many sleeveless cotton frocks, it’s basically a blank canvas that can be dressed up or down, and paired with tights and sweaters in the cooler months. it’s a must-have for any minimalist’s closet and here are two ways i’ll be wearing it this season:
j.crew factory dress || j.crew hat || natalie borton necklace (c/o)
j.crew factory dress || soludos shoes || j.crew jacket
similar necklace || hobo bag (c/o)

Cute, cute, cute, and cute. I love both styles. And you’re wearing your bling sandals in one of them. Very nice.

You can never have too much bling! These sandals have proven to be the best $20 I’ve ever spent! xo
