banana republic romper || madewell hat || similar shoes

sometimes you don’t choose the romper, the romper chooses you. that was certainly the case with this adorable blue and white striped ruffled romper i stumbled upon at banana republic last weekend. yes, the reason we were at the mall on sunday was to register (not to shop), but the gravitational pull i felt toward the banana republic store was simply too strong to fight. and then we walked in and i immediately locked eyes on this romper and everything made sense. clearly, it was meant to be mine. whenever i buy something these days, my justification is always “this will be perfect for the honeymoon!” but considering the fact that we still have a year+ until we make our way to greece, there’s a large possibility that by the time we get there, i’ll have enough clothes for about four outfit changes a day. anyway, expect to see this cute little number in a styled post soon. in the meantime, banana is killing it with their summer collection, y’all. in addition to this romper, i had my eye on this dress, this shirt, this sweater, these pants, and these sandals.
