queer eye (reboot) || do you remember the show queer eye for the straight guy? well, much like the guys the original fab five made over, the show itself has gone through a transformation. with five new experts in their fields and eight fresh episodes currently streaming on netflix, it’s the perfect way to spend a lazy sunday afternoon. which is exactly what i did when i binge watched all eight episodes last weekend. you guys, i cried MULTIPLE times (apparently i wasn’t the only one). what can i say? i love a good makeover story. and in all honesty, this show is WAY more than just a makeover show. just watch episode one! also jonathan is my favorite.
straw bags || i missed the boat on last season’s crop of summer bags but lucky for me, they’re back again for spring! i’ve made it my mission to score one for my warm weather arsenal and i currently have my eye on this one (hoping it comes back in stock soon). below are a few more options if you’re also looking for a bag for the new season:
p.s. as a follow-up to my post about rms beauty -i have been using the uncover-up concealer (shade 11) and the tinted unpowder (shade 0-1) for the past week and i’m loving the natural coverage. the concealer is buildable making it ideal for under eye discoloration and rogue blemishes and the powder creates a thin veil to set my makeup without making it look heavy. i highly recommend both products if you’re looking for a natural alternative to your current powder and concealer.

it has been so chilly here this week that all i really want to do this weekend is curl up in pj’s and binge watch tv under a blanket. while i may do just that for a portion of the weekend, the rest of it will be filled with more quality time with my husband and some of my best girls. and lots of delicious food, of course!
