piggy-backing off of yesterday’s post, today’s holiday outfit inspiration is a bit more edgy in nature -perfect for a festive gathering with friends or a holiday libation with your sweetheart before family shenanigans begin.

unfortunately this cute bow-tie cami is a few years old (i’ve linked similar options), but i still pull it out this time of year to add a bit of sparkle and shine to a casual denim look. to create a feminine silhouette, i like tucking it into a pair of high-rise jeans and blousing it a bit, adding a belt to further create a defined waistline. to play up the edge-factor, i opted for my distressed denim and a masculine leather bootie. if i had a faux leather jacket (love this one), i would have thrown it on to complete the look. instead, i opted for my faux fur bomber jacket. cool girl hoops completed the look.
