our office refresh || as i’ve shared on instagram, we’re in the middle of sprucing up our office. S has already finished both west elm hack mid-century bookshelves and is currently working on a new desk (#rockstarstatus) and i’m contributing by buying new room decor (because my strength is shopping, obviously). we recently scored this faux hide on sale at anthropologie and just this week, we found this faux leather dining room chair that we’ll repurpose as office seating instead.
southern charm || you know i love my bravo tv more than anything. and while i’m saddened that vanderpump rules just concluded its seventh season, the silver lining is that my favorite charlestonians are BACK for the summer (and below deck mediterranean is arriving in two weeks). as dysfunctional as this friend group is, i just love them so much. it also really makes me want to book a return visit to the south carolina city.
in my online shopping cart: i seem to be on a leopard kick lately (did you catch my styling session on wednesday?) because after snagging this tee on sale a few weeks ago, i recently took advantage of banana republic’s 50% off sale by purchasing this midi skirt. these cuties arrived this week and they’ll be perfect for pairing with denim shorts or midi dresses this summer. oh and can you believe it? i am IN on the resurgence of the fanny pack, you guys. this belt bag landed on my front porch on monday and i’m kind of obsessed with its versatility. it’ll be perfect for travel!
madewell released its summer collection on tuesday and while i’m fairly indifferent about it, there are a few gems i have my eye on. i love this knotted tank, this ruffled bib top & this denim apron dress.

would you believe that sunday marks our ONE YEAR anniversary of #casaderivera? i cannot believe we’ve lived in our forever home for a full 365 days, but we couldn’t feel more grateful for the memories we’ve already logged within these four walls. with the master bedroom nearly complete and the office revamp well underway, we feel more and more settled in this space by the day. perhaps when things are more complete, i will share a full home tour? let me know if that’s something you’d be interested in seeing!
