yesterday S and i did something we’ve never done over the course of our five year relationship –we went to the san diego zoo’s safari park! my mom’s friend had passes that were expiring so we took advantage of her generosity and took a day trip to the african desert/australian outback to spend time with the animals.

i fought the urge to wear animal print to the zoo (#predictable) and instead opted for something a little more simple and summery.
