if you haven’t noticed, in nearly every styling video i post, there is a clear view of my beloved hat rack -handmade by my talented husband. admittedly, it houses only a portion of my chapeau collection (a collection i plan on expanding even more this fall (perhaps we make a second hat rack directly beside it?)). what can i say? i love hats! they are by far my favorite accessory and what i believe to be the perfect exclamation point on any outfit. they are also my best defense against dirty/unstyled hair and for that alone, i would gladly buy 100 more of them.

perhaps like me many years ago, you are intimidated by the thought of wearing a hat -especially a style that makes a statement -like an oversized fedora or in today’s case -a beret. i totally understand how the look can be a tad bit scary, but i assure you, girl, all you gotta do is channel your inner confidence (and your inner beyonce) and rock it. i think you just might surprise yourself.
