5 ways to style vintage overalls

the perfect overalls do not ex–

actually they do. and i just found them thanks to levi’s.

while i love my skinny overalls, i have been searching for a more relaxed pair for what feels like forever and had never been able to find exactly what i was looking for. then my ultimate style crush julia berolzheimer endorsed these and i found myself very intrigued. knowing how easy shopbop’s return policy is (they’re connected to amazon so things ship SUPER fast, too!), i figured it’d be harmless to order a pair to see if they lived up to the hype.

well i should know to never doubt julia’s impeccable taste because when they arrived and i slipped them onto my body, i fell in love. THEY ARE OVERALLS PERFECTION. and yes the caps/hyperbole is necessary because i believe them to be that good. they’re fitted yet baggy and the perfect vintage blue wash. i plan on living in these babies, especially as we move into fall.

speaking of fall, happy autumn equinox, officially. unfortunately the high is 90-degrees today so despite what the calendar says, i’m not feeling those crispy air vibes right now. HOWEVER i do have air conditioning so i’m choosing to ignore the heat index and style these overalls a handful of ways for the current (and my favorite!) season.

which style is your favorite?
