here’s another one of those family blogs i adore and pretend like i actually know IRL. emily, simon, hazel and felix of emphasis added are the sweetest little chicago-based family that you ever did see. emily is a pint-sized mother of two whose joy and zest for life literally pop through the computer screen. she loves everything broadway, notre dame football, and chicago-related, shares the cutest photos/stories of her family (who are all seriously good-looking), and has mastered the art of the perfect pony tail (no small feat, let me tell you). not only that, but she’s just really honest. about the good things and the not-so-good things that happen in her life. she draws you in with her authenticity and general regard for others. just read a few posts and you’ll quickly learn that she really is her family and friends’ biggest fan. in fact, we should all be so lucky to have an emily in our corner.

so if you’re looking for a little pick-me-up, go visit emily. whatever she lacks in height (i think she’s 5’0″ in heels), she certainly makes up for in her enthusiasm for most everything.
