this friday, i’m in love with…
our roomba || i don’t think i’ve posted about our roomba since it arrived a few weeks ago (it was an early christmas present to ourselves). albeit a tad bit creepy when it emerges from its docking station at the pre-programmed time, it has been a game-changer in keeping our hard wood floors dust/hair-free.
the great american baking show: holiday edition || our favorite british import has created a domestic kid-sister (although it’s still based in the english countryside) for the holidays and i can’t get enough. 12 american bakers have traveled across the pond to compete for the title of america’s best amateur baker. aside from the delectable treats, the best part of the competition is that it’s hosted by baby spice (emma bunton) and a former football player named spice adams. well played, abc.
j.crew dreamy stripe pajama jogger pants || if you’re looking for a new pair of pajama pants, these live up to their “dreamy” name. p.s. they run a tad big, i opted for the extra-small.
in my online shopping cart: took advantage of some of the last-minute holiday sales and picked up a new pair of jeans, this top, and this velvet scrunchie. my mom and i also snagged this sweater from target after i saw it on natalie (of course). anthropologie is offering 30% off everything this weekend and i have my eye on this top, this cardigan, this feminine blouse, this leopard pullover, these wide-leg pants (obsessed!) and this turtleneck.
favorite outfits from the week include: erica allen-kim’s looks from this post, kate’s neutral outfit, crystallin’s family photo-ready outfit, alicia’s striped turtleneck & shannon’s lbd
a sneak peek of what’s coming next week:
TBD (will definitely be sharing more outfits!)
three things i’m looking forward to this weekend/next week:
sushi date!
a walk with a dear girlfriend
brunch/shopping date with my momma
and in case you missed it, here’s what appeared on the blog this week:
5 holiday/winter looks with a jumpsuit
it has certainly been a minute since i shared one of these posts! my apologies for the delay. as is customary for many this time of year, life is certainly keeping me busy. my intention is to continue to bring fresh content as my schedule allows -the biggest goal being to share real outfits and style inspiration from my everyday life. so thanks for hanging in there during this season. more content is coming, i promise! in the meantime, i hope you’re enjoying this magical time of year. with just days left before christmas, i’m trying my best to soak it all in. perhaps my favorite thing right now is seeing the glow of our tree from our family room. if it wasn’t real, i might keep it up well into january 😉
on that note, have a great weekend and i’ll see you next week!
