in my attempts at ‘konmari-ing’ our closets recently, i rediscovered my old pair of flare jeans. i was [ ] close to adding them to the consignment/donation pile when something in my gut stopped me. i placed them on a shelf instead and told myself i’d think about them a little longer before making a final decision. a couple weeks later i was perusing the j.crew website and sure enough i stumbled upon this pair of similar denim. “hmm…,” i thought to myself. could it be that after a few seasons of new silhouettes, we’re ready to embrace the flared style once again?
